Service Philosophy

In our industry there are equations that determine the amount of technicians needed for machines and service clicks in the field.  Although we use the same formulas as the other guys we see it differently.  Instead of keeping the minimum amount of technicians on staff to cover need, we staff one extra qualified service technician than the industry dictates.  We do this to provide our customers with the fastest response times in Tucson.  A 4 hour response time is easy...How about an average of 2.5 hours from phone call to service technician at you door?  Impossible?  Try us!

Service Technicians

All of our Technicians are full line factory trained by Kyocera.  Every technician on staff has a minimum of 8 years in the industry, while some have as many as 10+ years.  Many of our technicians are multi-line trained as well.  Do you have an HP Printer or Toshiba copier that needs service?  Give us a call because our technicians are trained on those models as well.
