I just wanted to give some positive feedback regarding Imagine Technology Group. I was on vacation and back to work last Thursday. The printer for our SW was new and apparently ran out of toner sometime while I was away. It did not yet have a tag with a number for Imagine, so no one had called to order more and Cynthia, SW, was just working around it and printing to the other machine. Anyway, I came in on Thursday and called, later in the day, and although I was not frantic for Imagine to get the replacements here by Friday, Christy at Imagine was very motivated to get things worked out for us and get that printer up and running by Friday. She was terrific in her attempts, with many follow ups, etc. Towards the end of the day, Steve (who is one of the managers, I believe) came walking in the front door with TWO boxes of toners-one to put in the machine and one to have as the back up). It was such a pleasure to work with both of them! I wanted to let you know that the professionalism and customer service from both of them EXCEEDED my expectations! Cathy
Just wanted to let you know how great your customer services is. You probably already know, but I just wanted to reinforce what a great job your company does.
This afternoon I called to ask that someone come out because our copier was acting sluggish and with the Tax extension deadline coming up, I didn't want to take any chances on having a service failure.
We had a client waiting to see our boss when I placed the call. He went in and had his one hour appointment.
Meanwhile, I received a callback from Robert of your company asking if it was convenient that he come over right away since he was in the neighborhood. (Robert is always very thorough in his explanation of what is being done and great to work with.) As the client prepared to leave, he noticed Robert working on the copier. His reaction was WOW! You just called them! I explained how great your company is to deal with. He said he would make sure to let anyone who is looking for a copier know to call us, so we could give them your number! I love it when our clients are impressed with someone we have chosen to do business with and will gladly (continue to) recommend your company.

I want to tell you that with all the places I have worked during my varied employment experiences in Tucson , I have dealt with office equipment of all sorts, and quite a few local service companies. Action Imaging has been one of the very best to deal with. You are prompt, attentive to our requests, work is thorough and you follow up when needed. Your technicians do know their jobs and I rest assured that things will be done well whenever I need to call on you.
